At Cameroon Heritage Fabric, we take great pride in offering authentic Toghu fabric, embroidery panels, and accessories of the highest quality. Because our products are cultural, handcrafted, and often custom-measured, we have a strict but fair return policy.
1 All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and cultural nature of Toghu fabric, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong yardage.
2 Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a replacement or refund, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will either:
- Replace the product (subject to availability), or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
3 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Cut fabrics sold by the yard
- Embroidery panels once altered or stitched
- Accessories (headwraps, scarves, bags) once used
Please note: Due to the cultural and custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing choices.
4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Refunds are always processed in euros (€) and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
5 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
